  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping locations in the future.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any concerns, contact us at sales@tailgatemart.com for assistance.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Tailgate Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

7. Shipping Restrictions

If your order contains restricted items, we will notify you and provide alternative shipping options or issue a refund for the restricted items.
