Tailgate Mart Return Policy

At Tailgate Mart, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Receipt: A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Process

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@tailgatemart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged. Tailgate Mart is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@tailgatemart.com.
